Saturday, September 18th 2010 USMF, Fairtex and XFight Promotions will be kicking off their 7th event with another Hybrid event (Muaythai and MMA). Athletes will contend for a spot on the United States Muaythai Federation (USMF) National Team that will go on to compete at the International Federation of Muaythai Amateur (IFMA) World Championship in Honor of the Authority King of Thailand’s Birthday this coming November 27 to December 5, 2010 in Bangkok, Thailand.
The event features local and national HEROES in professional Muaythai and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and also features top level amateur contenders fighting for the ranking, the rights to challenge for the USMF National Championship Title and an opportunity to represent USA at the IFMA WC where the “Best of the Best in Muaythai” from 120 country teams with over 1,000 athletes compete.

USMF National Muaythai Team at 2009 IFMA World Championship, Bangkok, Thailand
The USMF sanctioned United States National Muaythai Team competes at the IFMA World Championships in 2009. The IFMA World Championships are the premier international event for Amateur Muaythai. They are widely recognized as the highest level of competition for amateur Muaythai while the sport works toward Olympic acceptance. The US National Team is selected each year by the United Staes Muaythai Federation, (USMF). The National team would like to thank all its sponsors, and especially Fairtex.
IFMA General Secretary Stephan Fox on SportAccord
IFMA General Secretary Stephan Fox travelled to Lausanne in November '09 to attend the SportAccord IF Sports Forum. While in Lausanne, he gave an interview to SportAccord Television on the subject of Muaythai at the upcoming SportAccord Combat Games in Beijing.
Sportaccord Combat Games receive IOC patronage
Undoubtedly, 2010 will be a historical year for all martial arts and combat sports due to the first edition of the Sportaccord Combat Games where the 13 GAISF/Sportaccord recognized combat sports have been joined under the umbrella of Sportaccord. And what city would be more appropriate for hosting this event than Beijing; the host city of the unforgettable 2008 Olympic Games.
The International Olympics Committee have given patronage to the Games which certainly outlines the credibility of this event and the ongoing partnership between the GAISF/Sportccord and the IOC.
Mark your calenders from the 28th of August until September 4th for Beijing, China, is a must in every martial arts enthusiasts calender.

War of the Heroes FC 5 pro MMA bout between Tim McKenzie and Mike Arellano Saturday, March 6th at the Santa Clara Convention Center. Fight sponsored by the USMF, Xfight Promotions and Fairtex.
Chris Moore defeats Tramail Smith
War of the Heroes FC 5 pro MMA: Chris Moore vs Tramail Smith
Kevin Ross defeats Coke Chunawhat
Presented by Fairtex and Xfight, Kevin "The Soul Assassin" Ross (11-3) earned a unanimous decision win over Phanuwat "Coke" Chunhawat (42-13) to earn the USMF National Pro Muaythai title Saturday October 10th, 2009 at War of the Heroes IV event at the Santa Clara Convention Center.
Chunhawat's cup was broken by a knee to the groin at the end of round 2 causing a slight delay for the fight to resume. Video of rounds 4 and 5 is not fully complete. Kevin Ross was ahead on all 3 judges cards 49-46, 50-45, 49-46.
